Account info (email, display name). Content you generate in Brillix — kept in your isolated tenant database. Usage metadata for rate limits and billing. Payment info goes straight to Square — we never see your card number.
We do not use your conversations to train AI models. We do not sell, share, or rent your data. We do not show ads. We do not fingerprint you across the web.
Database-per-tenant architecture. Encryption at rest (AES-256-GCM) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Hosted on AWS with module-specific KMS keys rotated annually. Daily backups, tested monthly.
You can access all your data. Export it as JSON any time. Delete your account and all associated data — purged within 30 days. GDPR and CCPA rights honored on request.

Cancellations take effect at end of billing period. No refunds for partial periods (except as required by law). Prices may change with 30 days notice.
AI responses are generated in real time and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on Brillix for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without verifying.
You can delete your account in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is purged within 30 days.
Brillix is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
